Bachelor Day 1 :-(
A little tired today, so I’ll probably try to get a nap in. Got my shopping done. Have a good smelling Moroccan-inspired chicken roasting in the oven. Just gonna spend the rest of the day hanging out in front of the tube, getting my workout in and just living the dream. Oh and maybe I’ll finish up my taxes Fitness:  5 rounds 10 thrusters 10 burpees 10 pullups

Pretty relaxed day. Slept a little later than I have been the last few weekends. Took a quick run to Target, and then spent the rest of the day just vegging out watching TV and whatnot. Just the kind of day I needed. Fitness: 100, 2-way pushups.

The weekend is here! Mindy and I had a delicious Greek salad for dinner. Sometimes a big bowl of fresh veggies really hits the spot. Looking forward to spending some quality time with Mindy before she heads off to Vegas. Fitness: Rest Day

Well-being: I’m so glad the weekend is almost here. I had a great session with Gene today. I really enjoy our time together; he seems to always know the perfect question to ask that let me just riff. Even after my rest day yesterday, I wasn’t feeling too hot during the workout today. I’m still not feeling right. In fact, I feel like I’ve taken a couple steps back....

Well-being: I slept all the way to my alarm today! I haven’t done that in forever. I fee like I’m running out of things to say here. I went in for the rest of my blood tests yesterday. I certainly feel healthier than I did a month ago, but I still have this lingering feeling that there’s still a problem lurking out there. Fitness: Rest

Well-being: I was a little more restless last night, but I think I can trace that back to the fact that I got so sore from my workout while I was sleeping. I’m headed to finally get the rest of my bloodwork done today, so that’s good. In general, I’m feeling good about things; getting more and more excited about Vegas, work has been fun, etc. Fitness: Ran 5k. Outside. Miserable

Well-being: Spent the morning framing out the IPhone app, which is actually pretty fun. A design activity to really sink my teeth into. Slept well again last night. I seem to sleep better during the week than I do the weekend. I could probably attribute that to being in a more rigid routine during the week.
