This journal will be a repository and daily check-in of a number of variable I will be tracking on my journey to a happier, healthier "middle".

    • 3 apples

    • 2 jello cups

    Dinner:

    • 3 turkey dogs
    • 2 chikn patties
    • 3 apples
    • 1 orange
    • 2 jello cups

    Snacks:

    • 1 bowl - cheerios
    • 1 protein bar

    Well-being: 

    Woke up a little later today. Got up and started planning our morning of shopping. Got a good workout planned today. Making some applesauce with Mindy. Should be a fun day.

    Fitness: 

    5 rounds

    • 5 pullups
    • 10 clean & jerks
    • 5/5 see saw presses
    • 5/5 snatch  -> OH squat
    • 10 burpees
