This journal will be a repository and daily check-in of a number of variable I will be tracking on my journey to a happier, healthier "middle".

    Lunch:

    • 3 turkey dogs w. black bean  chili
    • pile o’ broccoli
    • 3 apples
    • 1 orange
    • 2 jello cups
    • 1 pickle

    Dinner:

    • 3 eggs - scrambled
    • 1/2 turkey kielbasa
    • 3  apples
    • 1 orange
    • 2 jello cups

    Snacks:

    • 1 bowl - cheerios
    • 1 protein bar

    Well-being: 

    Slept like a champ last night. Quick and intense workout. Got word today that he’s trying to scare me away. He should know by now that I don’t scare easily. I’m emotionally tired and pissed today, but ready for a fight. Always ready for a fight.

    Fitness: 

    2x 3 minute rounds

    round 1, AMRP

    • 3 pullups
    • 5 thrusters 
    • 7 box jumps

    round 2, AMRP

    • 3 burpees
    • 5 pushups
    • 7 oh squats
