- 1 bowl - cheerios
- 1 protein bar
Well-being:
Not to say I won’t have problems again, but I feel like I’ve really had a breakthrough in terms my sleep. I had another great night of sleep. I think I only woke up once for a quick trip to the bathroom and then right back to bed. Had a great night teaching last night, but glad to not be doing it tonight.
