Happy Medium Journal

This journal will be a repository and daily check-in of a number of variable I will be tracking on my journey to a happier, healthier "middle".

    Lunch:

    • 3 eggs - scrambled
    • 2 black bean patties
    • 3 apples
    • 1 orange
    • 2 jello cups

    Dinner:

    • 1/2 rotisserie chicken - shredded w brocolli
    • pile o broccoli
    • 4 apples
    • 1 orange
    • 2 jello cups

    Snacks:

    • 1 bowl - cheerios
    • 1 protein bar

    Well-being: 

    Late getting this done. Slept well. Had a good session with Gene. Ate Well. Taught Well. Mindy got her ring today and it is beautiful. I’m so excited about being married to her.

    Fitness: Rest Day
