- 1/2 turkey kielbasa
- 4 apples

- 2 jello cups
Snacks:
- 1 bowl - cheerios
- 1 protein bar
Well-being:
My sleep was so peaceful last night; I love it. i don’t constantly wake-up every hour ready to get up and do something other than sleep. The rest is so nice. Looking forward to the weekend, but I’ve had a pretty decent week too.
Fitness:
Teaching the Clean, Rack, & Press tonight in fitness. So, I’ll figure out some way to turn that into a prison workout
