This journal will be a repository and daily check-in of a number of variable I will be tracking on my journey to a happier, healthier "middle".

    Dinner:

    • 3 turkey dogs

    • 3 apples
    • 1 orange
    • 2 jello cups

    Snacks:

    • 1 bowl - cheerios
    • 1 protein bar

    Well-being: 

    Glad the week is over. Had a productive week.

    Fitness: rest day
