Well-being: Spent the morning framing out the IPhone app, which is actually pretty fun. A design activity to really sink my teeth into. Slept well again last night. I seem to sleep better during the week than I do the weekend. I could probably attribute that to being in a more rigid routine during the week. Looking forward to a nice workout out and an evening of teaching.
